Four Breaths Waikiki coconuts floating on the ocean Following the currents Under and over and under… Great shadow turtles pop up with the surf Reflecting lunar light and a luxury liner. At night, jellyfish fill the sky. Sea foaming clouds Breathe in and out breaking Over white and brown-skinned Surfers paddling like wet dogs. Shark fins slice like wind down the edge, Blue water and sunrises, circling the Chanting, and providing the strength To return… Erase your errors in the waters. Walk back toward the ocean… Walk back toward the ocean… Ha, breath; Ha, life; Ha, beauty Ha –
